The adaptor worked in Linux without issue. I have used it for many hours and it has no problems. Modern laptops do not include RJ45 ports and WiFi is EMF so I always prefer a hard connection when possible. For the price you should be ok for this purchase.

I connected this adapter to my Windows 11 laptop and it worked without any problems. Windows had the drivers built into it. The performance was very good and I was seeing Gigabit speeds.

It Works Good. just note for the USB 3.0 to work your device needs to support it too..also does not work on samsung tvs with tizen os. it is unable to install its driver. That being said it works great on proper devices!

This product the best on older computers with outdated modems. the computers modem is replaced with a usb to gigabit ethernet adapter. my internet is stronger than it’s ever been . can’t say enough about it. recommended++++
