Didn’t even know this was a thing until our local ISP told us about ’em. They work! Plug and play and fast download speed compared to wifi – couldn’t be easier.

Wired ethernet typically beats any WiFi connection in terms of speed. and always in terms of latency. With modern laptops lacking an ethernet jack. this is an ideal way to make a gigabit ethernet connection to a laptop. No setup required. Just plug it in. This device is a good value. delivered it sooner than expected.

My laptop didn’t come with a port. so I needed one of these. Gets the job done and gives me a wired connection!

I was confused on how to use this…. turns out I didn’t have my internet plugged into the wall – LOL!! Once I plugged it in properly it was SUPER easy. There was nothing to download or anything. I was connected to the internet right away. This has been great for my zoom/teams calls which can be frusterating with spotty wifi. I am pleased with this purchase!

My Asus ROG laptop has a bad ethernet card which can’t be fixed as the cards are soldered to the mainboard. It was a 1gbps card that would only connect at 100mbps. I thought I would try this cheap fix for it. NOT a waste of money. Its full speed now. I now get about 800mbps with my 1gbit internet. I only just received it today so no idea how well it is made but for now it works great.
