      The item arrived in time. I connect from AV receiver to video projector. In order to make it work. I need to connect the adaptor to the power source. I need also to downscale the hdmi output to 640. After that I got clear display from the projector. Thumbs up. Have not tried the audio output though.

      I bought it for my dad using his new laptop with an old monitor. It works fine without any complain. There were 1 usb wire and 1 audio wire coming with the adaptor.
