      It does NOT fit 2 of my new PC monitors. due adapter being in HDMI part plugging to screen..Great design flaw..HDMI plug is physically TOO LARGE and DOES NOT fit with chasis of monitors..Only for PERPENDICULAR plug use. which is found in most of TVs and some monitors..Adapter should be in DP plug. as close as to the source. which supplies power for adapter. with low voltage. low power. Having adapter 2m away in HDMI plug is NOT how it should be.

      This is really good I use this DisplayPort to HDMI for my second monitor and I really like it there isn’t any lag and it can my monitor really good I was thinking to change my DisplayPort to the main monitor because it says 4k. But if someone is looking to connect a monitor it is a W. But first you should look to see if you have a DisplayPort in your PC first.

      I have a MinisForum mini PC that has a DP and HDMI out. I wanted this to make it two HDMI out. It didn’t work. Almost wrote a bad review. then wondered if it was the cable or the device. Plugged it into my main tower with a dedicated GPU. Works fine. 2560×1080 up to 75Hz. So. at a guess. there is a power requirement for the port itself. Check your hardware to make sure it delivers what the cable needs. but it likely works in most instances.
