      I was told by a tech person to buy that one but I tried it didn’t fit. I needed DVI to HDMI but was good sturdy quality.

      We have been having issues with Display Port to VGA on a monitor; poor quality DP connector that works loose easily. The fact that it was just a bit too short was also a factor but….Anyway. both the DP and HDMI plugs fit much more snuggly. feel solid and are making excellent connection. No more dropped monitors/video..I am very pleased with this at an excellent price point too.

      Just bought 2. 1 – 10 foot. and 1- 15 foot. Pleased to see the 15 foot is thicker gauge. as it should be. Great job. Both used to send Displayport signal from PC to HDMI on 2560×1440 monitor @ 60 HZ. Again. as expected..Remember folks. these are Displayport on PC to>> HDMI on Monitor. They (and others like them) will NOT work. HDMI on PC to>> Displayport on Monitor..As reference. you can only (unless they are “powered” converters) go 1 way. i.e. DP>>HDMI. You can not go (unless a powered converter) HDMI>>DP..Keep that in mind 🙂
