Bought this little guy to use with my Fire Stick since my household already has a lot of wireless devices plus my tv is right next to my router so I prefer wired at that range. Makes a noticeable difference when using the firestick itself menu feels snappier than over wifi. Tested out with my computers and works great there as well but not really necessary for them since they all have gig ethernet ports anyways.I am satisfied with my purchase and even though the fire stick uses usb 2 it’s nice knowing that this adapter can be used with faster devices as well

Just as the headline says…Fast but… it died in a week. Replacement just came so we”ll see how long this one lasts… I”ll update later

Feels a bit light but that might be a good thing since it isn’t cumbersome. Totally works. Got it for like 11$.

so with laptops getting smaller and thinner some do not have the all ports you need. This connector is great – you can throuhg it your laptop bag or as I did with this one – keep it in your office for visitors who want an ethernet connection.
