Ordered this for use with a thinkpad T530 to use with HDMI. It does the job. no issues. It’s a thick cable. so youo’ll find it difficult to break. and it comes with a cap to keep on the MiniDisplayPort end when you’re not using it.

This device is perfect in every respect. perfectly made. packed and it works just perfectly out of the box. We use it to convert a Thunderbolt signal ( mini DVI) to HDMI to run a second 1080P monitor and thus have 2 monitors powered by a 2013 MacBook Pro. And it just works. Buy this without a second thought. It is so well made it could be Apple making it under a different brand name!

Used this dongle for my HDMI connection to my 24 inch monitor. It works well and there is no latency in terms of display. Are use it for work and also for playing movies.. Tested this on a dowel laptop and also a HP laptop it connects to a LG monitor.
