      This Sink Strainer works very well and collects all sink waste before going down the drain. Water runs through the strainer while collecting waste so there is no backup in the sink. This is just what I wanted.

      It’s crazy how much I love these strainers. We used to have a plastice/rubber one but over time. it started to degrade and pieces broke off. The other metal ones that have the stopper dont work for my sink since I have a rubber lining to aid I preventing items from going straight down. We recieved these strainers last week and they are just perfect size. a lot of food stays put and doesnt go down the drain due to the smaller sized holes. Its shiny and new right now. hope it stays that way over time with just regular cleaning. Highly recommend.
