   This strainer does a good job of collecting the food particles on the strainer by preventing the food particles sliding under the edges and clogging the drain pipe. The main reason why this is so is the extra weight and stiffness of the strainer. In general. I am very happy that I don’t have to remove the strainer. and clean up the collected debris at the drain pipe entrance.

   Good quality & value for money.. My sink is satin finish. this product is mirror or shiny finish. its a small cosmetic issue but wont notice much.

   Should work for most kitchen drains. traps the gunk and is easy to clean. This is not the kind that stops the water so you can fill up the sink. I use a plastic tub to wash my dishes so it works perfectly for me.

    My first time writing a review. I’ve had this item well over a year. I’m not gentle with it at all. always banging it against something to get the debris out of it. dropping forks and spoons on it. and always leaving it in. never taking it out and drying it. Other than a few obvious blemishes from being scratched by other metal objects. this this still shines like new. Almost 2 years. I still have two sitting in the closet. The less than $10 I spent on these will probably go down as the best $10 investment I ever made….lol

    These are the best sink strainers! Food doesn’t stick to them and they are easy to clean. Sometimes I use a little barkeepers cleaner to brighten them back up. I don’t have to worry about things going down the drain or into the garbage disposal.
