      This did not work on my system when I tried to use it as a triple monitor output. When I used this alone with one other monitor it did work fine but not when I mixed and matched display port DVI port and HDMI port. The reason is because it’s a passive device not a more expensive active device. If you are only using two monitors on your computer it probably will work just fine but if you are trying to get three monitor to work then you will probably need an active device since the chipset in the computer might only be capable of sending two out sync signals and the active device will create its own.
