      Works perfectly. I used to be so annoyed because my MacBook uses HDMI and my work laptop used DisplayPort. I had to keep switching cables. Now I can just use the HDMI and use this adapter when I work from home

      I have an HP Prodesk 600 SFF desktop PC in a dual-boot configuration with W10 Pro and Linux Zorin. It was plug & play for both operating systems. I didn’t manually install any drivers. I just plugged the thing into a spare display port and it worked as an extended display. Video quality seems fine on my older 1080p TV. Good product if you wish to connect a display port to an HDTV.

      It works well. Clear picture I can now have a 3rd monitor when working from home which is awesome. It ports the sound from my laptop to the TV also. I almost dropped $25 for the same think at the local Best Buy for about $8.50 delivered it is a steal.

      The adapter worked perfectly right out of the box. When plugged into the DisplayPort of the laptop and the HDMI of the TV the HD video and audio were everything we expected. It’s small so when in use it doesn’t take up room on the table or when stored it take’s very little room in the computer bag.
