Took it out of the package and plugged in the network cable plugged it in to a slower usb and it just started working! No drivers silly install boxes just perfect networking.I would like to see it packaged in paper instead of a squeeze top plastic one hence the one star drop for ease of use. Thank you

This works just great though it does get quite warm which is normal apparently.

Plug and play

Needed a wired connection on a laptop with no Ethernet port.
Ian –
Product works as described and provides wired internet access to the computer with no problems
Martin Smith –
Pug-n-play all fine and worked absolutely fine in the couple of (random) instances I have used it where I did not know up front what switch/speed was at the other end of the cable. In fact once was HP gigabit switch and just this week was a netgear hub provided for our stand by the organiser at an industry expo. No issue with speed/duplex detection.

Exactly what I needed. A lot of notebooks today lack a Ethernet port and this comes in handy when working with network switches and routers.

Great product works as expectedI use these a lot when I need multiple IP addresses and one of them needs to be DHCPWindows suports multiple STATIC ip addresses for a single adaptor but only static so this sorts that issue outGreat price and product

There is very little that can be said about this device. I plugged an Ethernet cable into the adapter and then plugged the adapter into a Windows 10 laptop and within a few seconds I had networking. It really was that simple.Performance is very good and reliable. I”d have no problem recommending this product to others.
Smudger –
A useful work around given I was told my PC had broadband issues until I fitted this adapter.
