      First of all the packaging was great and very well put together. It was VERY easy to put on securely fits and so far so good…so far better than the $35 one I bought at Verizon that only lasted a week before cracking

      Actually I ordered this but needed the larger size for the I-phone 7 plus. Since it was my fault and the it didn’t fit I ordered the correct size. However when it came it was in an identical size box so before opening the box for fear that it may again be the wrong size. I called the 800 number on the box to be certain that I had the correct size. The phone was answered promptly and courteously by Cosme. He had me open the box while we were on the phone and it was indeed the correct size. I neither expected or asked for a replacement on the original but Cosme wanted to do that for me. I was very appreciative and I feel that he went above and beyond the call of duty. The new one fits perfectly and is of good quality. The instructions were easy to understand and it was simple to apply. I would highly recommend this product and this company.
