Patience and cleanliness are key when removing the old and situating the new – very carefully slipped a thin plastic knife under the old screen to break the seal and allowed the screen to detach itself – used the supplied alcohol wipe and cloth towel to clean and dry the surface. removed the backing from the new screen. positioned and released – note: before removing the backing from the new screen one should test fit a few times to determine desired spacing side to side and top to bottom – once these go on it’s not recommended to remove and try again – have purchased this product in the past and am happy with the product and results

      The case is very sturdy. However. the plastic cover on the screen scratched within the first week I had the case so I realized that I needed to purchase a screen protector as well and rip off the plastic off of the case. So I bought a glass screen protector. so now my phone is really protected.
