      When I purchased the case I thought that back was translucent and the inside cover was black. The back is solid black and the inside cover is gray. I’ve had this case before… It definitely saved my iPad when it fell… but it got dirty quick on the inside. and the back started showing wear and tear quickly.

      Case itself fits properly and front panel magnets has no issue of slipping off its place.

      These covers have a back and a front compared to the Apple smart cover that only works on the front. It’s lighter and more stiff. but it does the job. Because it is lighter. my iPad is lighter to hold while reading. The Apple covers are unavailable. and this does a great job of replacing it. I should mention that the Apple covers seem to fall apart after a couple of years.
