      I like this cover better than the Apple version. It has a light plastic back cover as part of this. Whereas the Apple version is just a front cover with a magnetic hinge.

      I have been using this case for my iPad for quite some time. I have dropped it on a few occasions it has protected it very very well not a single dent or scratch on it. Folding the cover under the body makes it extremely comfortable to hold in both the horizontal and vertical positions. The front cover closes very securely with the magnets and does not flop open. All in all a very good quality item
