      For the money it does what it’s supposed to do. I’m sure it’s off a few degrees plus or minus. But then again I’m not a scientist so it doesn’t need to be exact. Then again every thermometer I’ve used over the years for baking or cooking has been off a few degrees as well. Very convenient and easy to use.

      I use it all the tim.for:.Checking surface temp of radiators.( top vs bottom temp shows need for bleeding etc .).Identification of pipes in heating system. check if hot water temp at tap…..Pizza stone . bbq grill and plancha temp.internal/ surface temp of ovens..Oil temp in deep fryer.BUT No good for checking temp of food. as it only indicates surface not internal temp

      It’s a thermometer. It measures temperature. What else is there to say?

      Does exactly what i need it to do! Its accurate for what i need it for! The only bad thing (well not bad but so annoying) is everytime you can a temperature it beeps at you. quite loudly and there is no way to turn the beep off! Not sure why it needs the beep but at least include a way to turn it off!

      Works great to check surface temperatures. I use it in kitchen a lot to check food temps and also to see if the pan is hot enough to start frying.

      On the recommendation of the guy on Live.Life.Simple on YT. I purchased this instead of a moisture meter for my freeze dryer. Not for certain how accurate it is. but it’s close enough for what I need. But a notice to whomever owns a Harvest Right Freeze Dryer…it doesn’t work though the door. You have to open the door to test the trays. All you get pointing it at the plexiglass door is the ambient temperature of the room the freeze dryer is in.

      I recently bought an Ooni pizza oven. There own brand version of this product was too expensive. so I took a gamble and ordered this..It may not look as good as the Ooni but who cares. It does just what the Ooni does and is a good saving.
