Ordered this to check the temperature on my motor home brakes. It works great. Point and pull the trigger and you’re provided with a temperature. No idea what the accuracy is but I’m assuming it’s close enough. I would recommend this product.

I am using this unit to see if I have cold spots in my home that need better insulation. My grandson also thinks it is pretty cool. He found out that south facing sides of a tree are 20% warmer than the north facing side of the tree.

I bought this to measure the water coming out of the tap for water changes in my fish tank as I’m tired of holding thermometers under the running water and for it to slowly react. Temp has to be at least close to tank temp so it doesn’t shock the inhabitants.

I bought this to check temperatures of fluid lines of our geothermal heater/air conditioner. Found it was also useful to see where more insulation is needed around switches and outlets.
