      Great unit to get a rough idea of temperature. Not tested against a calibrated unit but is pretty close to boiling water and therefore good enough to be confident that it is within 5 degrees C.Added bonus is our dog loves chasing the laser dot around the floor. Every time I measure the temperature of our wood burner she wants to play.

      I purchased this to trouble shoot the heating in my house. Some rooms were colder/warmer than others so having this was very useful to determine which duct lines were not working properly. You point and pull the trigger a laser hits your target and shows the temperature of that target. Great tool to have.

      See above. Takes the temp but the laser pointer seems to have a faulty contact switch takes a couple of times for the laser to come on
