Before getting this cable. I was using a short adapter. It was putting a lot of extra stress on my HDMI port. and I didn’t like that. This cable feels great. and I don’t have to worry about sag. I don’t have any perceivable reductions in image quality. in-fact it’s a step up from my small converter.

I bought this because I had tp replace an old VGA to VGA cable. Plugged it in to both devices and it worked straight away. The picture quality on the remote screen is actually better with the new cable.

Do not expect this to work the other way. IE VGA to HDMI. Will not work if the COMPUTER or LAPTOP VGA is connected. The graphics OUT on the the HDMI plug end is connected. Graphics IN is left unconnected. VGA plug is wired to IN wards to the VGA of the monitor. VGA out is left unconnected. So it won’t work on the computers. VGA port..Computer HDMI to monitor VGA configuration only..Buyer beware!!
