      I bought this to hook my laptop diplay to my old monitor. It worked perfectly and clearly. I did have to make some changes in the display resolution on my Dell laptop 1680×1050. Text size 125% stayed the same. then of course you need to duplicate the displays if you want both to work which is what I like to do.

      Rankie seem to do a good line in cables and connectors. This has allowed me to hook up an old vga monitor to a newer HDMI only desktop connection. Picture seems really good. Would buy again from Rankie.

      does what is expected. but when i first plugged it in it limited my resolution to 1280×640 and my monitor is 1366×768 but after a while i managed to fix. overall its great and it does its job very well
