Toshiba Tecra A50-C Lid closed. VGA port out to one monitor. HDMI to Adapter and to VGA to the second monitor. It works like a dream. I did not need to supply included MICRO USB cable.

From the other reviews I was not sure if it would work on my Mac Mini 2012. I have a Dell monitor with a DP and a VGA input. Initially did not work but once I hooked up power to it it worked beautifully!
