This works well. Very good picture quality. If you hear audio buzz then this is likely coming from a ground loop which it is unreasonable to expect the HDMI-VGA adapter to remove. Audio ground loop hum eliminators or isolators can be bought separately which fix this problem.

I haven’t tried yet but will in the next day or two. Ordered the same thing in the past and it is still working great. Setting up another workstation at home so needed another one. If I have problems will update this review but I don’t expect any issues since I haven’t in the past.

The whites on my laptop are not true whites on my monitor. It’s slightly creamish. The monitor is fine since I have used it earlier with other cables at my office.
