      Its a basic DVI cable. But I will add in two little facts about DVI to HDMI or Display Port cables. 1st anything involving 1440p and DVI is going to be a hit and miss. I would say DVI is fine 1080p and under.2nd is that make sure you check to see if your cable is Bi directional. Just cover your self and make sure the cable is Bi directional.
