Decent cable at a decent price..Not much to review here – despite the really helpful suggestions from about the words I could use. It’s. Just. A. Cable..However. if you order a new graphics card (that is. if you’re lucky enough to find a decent one in stock that you don’t need to remortgage the house to pay for). and all you have are hdmi cables (because you neglected to check the supported outputs at the time of ordering). then this is the cable for you..Delivered speedily via prime. and does the job it was designed for..Can’t really speak for its durability (thanks again for the helpful suggestions on how to review. ). as i only just got it and. honestly. i doubt I’ll be lassoing a wild bull or pulling a barge with it. It’s just going to sit there and transfer electrons. I’ll keep an eye on it though. and report back should it begin to look tired or stressed.

The metal hooks in the Display Port connector keep the cable firmly attached which is good but if you have to connect two cables side by side. it is a little bit difficult to unplug them since the release button for the hook remains hidden between the sides of the two connectors. Other than that. the product works pretty well.

I needed to add a 3rd monitor to an “all-in-one” setup and had already used the HDMI port. so the Display Port cable was needed. Took 1 minute to hook up and the 3rd monitor was detected immediately. Perfect!

Running onboard APU video from Ryzen 5 Pro 4650 on Asrock 570 Steel Legend DP out to HDMI IN on Dell 29″ U2913 Superwide @ 2560 x 1080 resolution on monitor.No issues. Maybe takes an extra second or 3 to wake up from sleep/standby vs. pure DP to DP cable previously but that’s really nitpicking. It’s perfect under my usage situation..As above – 10/10 would buy again.
