      I got a Walmart Onn displayport to hdmi adapter and it only went up to 60 Hz. My Sceptre monitor supports up to 75Hz so I got this one and low and behold. it works!

      Have had another Rankie cable before and decided to give this a try for my new 32″ Acer monitor connected to my HP laptop docking station. so needed a display port to HDMI connection.
