      I purchased this adapter after installing a second monitor for my computer at home. Last year I got the same adapter model for the first monitor and it worked just fine all the time. That is why I did not look further after adding a second monitor to my system. The adapters are used to connect monitors to the computer’s docking station.

      I am running three monitors. One using the Display Port (to HDMI). Once plugged-in. it took about 10 seconds for the monitor to respond. No issues since installed.
