      I thought I”d need an HDMI booster to connect this Rankie DisplayPort (DP) to HDMI Adapter so the video signal can make it to the TV that was 15 feet away. A 15ft HDMI cable from Basics connected to the Rankie did a great job very vivid color and sound.

      Did not realized that this is regular DP – i needed the mini DP. Decided to just keep it as return shipping cost over half of the cost of the adaptor – I guess I disadvantage of getting online instead of a physical store.

      Bought this due to needing my HDMI port for an oculus rift and my aging TV doesn”t accept display port. Can”t notice the difference now that it”s in no lag at all and no drop in picture quality on a 4K 60hz screen.
