      Contrary to the listing my monitor worked fine in it native resolution 2048 x 1152. The listing says it is on capable of support 1920 x 1080 but it had no issue supporting higher resolution at 60Hz. Not sure how much higher it could go but I was relieved it worked!!

      Rankie cables I have used in the past. Always well packed and swift delivery. This Display to DVI cable was used to connect HP desktop PC to my HP Monitor but can obviously be used on any make of PC/Monitor with Display and DVI connections Tom

      If your monitor doesn”t have DisplayPort connector but it has HDMI and DVI get these istead of HDMI to avoid all the signal lost/blank monitors when your PC wakes up from sleep problems.

      Worked great actually. I thought it may be the cable ”cause the monitor was working with other cables. But after more testing.. it”s the monitor”s connection.. Bummer! but the cable is fine. So… good cable.

      Simple to use ideal for Dell machines which seem to prefer displayport rather than other connectors does away with the need for converters sticking out the back of the PC and gives a good picture on multiple screens. How much better could it be 🙂

      Hoped this cable would support a 144 hrz monitor. It does not. Why you ask would they make such a thing and not tell you? I wish I knew.

      This cable allowed me to connect a 2nd monitor to my HP laptop docking station which only has one VGA input on it (used by the other monitor) Price is good and I”m loving my new setup.
