      Got this to drive an old 1080 monitor that only had a DVI port. Works great as long as you aren’t expecting more than than 1920×1080 at 60Hz

      I have purchased several Rankie cables for my computer company and have been happy with them all. Before buying the Rankie DisplayPort cable I bought one at the local Big Box store. In spite of costing 3 times as much the Big Box version lacked the retention mechanism that is part of the DP cable spec was of obviously much lower quality materials and build. The Rankie has the retainers and is built as expected..Rankie Rules!
