    Got these for my oldest iPad that I got in 2011* It had stopped working in 2017. wouldn’t start up or charge. so I bought a new iPad. I eventually forgot about it until recently and thought I’d try again. I was shocked that it actually came on but had an extremely low charge! I found this cable and ordered it hoping it would work. It did fully charge but the plug didn’t go all the way in. part of the plug was still exposed. The SLOT. where the charging plug attached to my iPad wasn’t uniform in shape since that area of my iPad was curved. so lower part of the SLOT protruded out farther than the top. The pictures above show my iPad from the front and the rear so you can see what it looks like. It may not look pretty but it works just fine and I got 2 charging cables!

    These things wear out way too fast. but when you have legacy gear that needs the old Apple connectors. what can you do? Working well so far.
