      I can’t speak to the transfer rate as I have no USB 3 phone to test. I use this mainly for charging my OnePlus 6T. The speed is on par with factory cable and the build quality appears to be excellent.

      I wanted something for the car that wasn’t too long and would work well with Android Auto. This cable was perfect for that as well as for on the table/counter charging and not have to deal with extra length wire. I would recommend having a set around of 3 foot cables.
