i definitely need these on a daily basis; however the usb-C end snapped off when I accidentally bore down on the flash drive connected to it. This was my error of course but it revealed a stress point others might want to be aware of.

This connector is compact well made and works as advertised. It allows data transfer at the USB 3.0 speeds. I would recommend this advice for any one needing the newest USB-C to USB-A connector.

This is the 2nd pair of adapters I bought. This 2nd pair works just I expected it to. I am using it on a MacBook Pro. I first pair still work the same. I gave them to my daughters for their laptops.

I ordered this two pack of adapters to use to load pics songs etc on my Galaxy 9+ SD card. I was able to download the items I wanted on a flash drive plug the adapter into the flash drive and into my phone via the USB C connection. The transfer was smooth and I am very happy with it. The adapter is very well made. I was pleasantly surprised about how nice it looked.

With Apple changing to this USB C I just need it something to get the SD card reader connected fast. The adapter does the job!

The units I received had an odd quirk. They have a correct orientation. Orientation is not supposed to matter on this type of connector but I have found that there is a correct ‘up’ and ‘down’ for some reason. At first I was upset because the units did not seem to function. Once I realized it was an orientation problem they have worked flawlessly.

This is perfect for connecting any of my USB-A devices to my MacBook (which unfortunately only has USB-C ports). I often don’t need the large bulky adapters and these do the job perfectly! They are also cheap enough so I can keep a couple at work at home and in my laptop bag. I will never be without one!
