      The device looks good and is of good size for function. not too big and not too small. and when folded is compact. Size is adequate so it does not tip over easily. The friction pads on the base work well. The joints are friction and do not have locking mechanisms. The hinge joints are necessarily stiff and function well but the rotary joint in the base needs to be stiffer as the iPad rotates with light touches to the screen.
