I have a tablet that has a cellular modem built in but the tablet takes a mini SIM card and I got a nano SIM from Verizon so it didn’t fit in the slot. I ordered this kit to correct that and it worked perfectly! The adapter shims appear to be aluminum and it comes with a tool to eject the SIM tray from your device and stickers to hold the SIM card in the adapter. It also includes a mini nail file that is great for knocking the flashing off of the SIM card when you pop it out of the larger card. I am very happy with the quality and value of this kit.

I had issues with my newer phone (which died one month after the warranty expired) so I grabbed one of my older phones but the old SIM card slot was three times the size of my current SIM card! After doing some research I came across this product and purchased it and it worked perfectly! Once I insert my tiny SIM card into the proper adapter and slid it into the slot … bingo a working phone again! I’m very happy with this purchase.
