This is my 6th time purchasing JETech tempered glass screen protectors – I have them on all my portable electronic devices (phones. tablets. iPad). I started putting them on my phones years ago. and I’ve never had a problem with a cracked screen (I also use an Otterbox Defender case on my phones). I’m mostly gentle but have absolutely dropped them a few times. including falls where the phone landed on an edge and where it landed flat against the ground in a “belly flop” manner. Never had a crack..I put a JETech tempered glass protector on my husband’s phone as well – he’s a lot harder on his phone than me. The other day he asked me about changing/upgrading the phones because his screen is cracked. He didn’t want to spend money fixing the screen. I looked at the phone and immediately saw it’s just the JETech that was cracked. I peeled it off and my husband’s jaw dropped. Turns out he forgot about the protector and was suffering through the cracked screen for a few months – he was angry about the cracks but didn’t want to spend the money on repairing it! I explained that the glass JETech protector will crack to protect the screen. He was so relieved..These protectors are so inexpensive and provide peace of mind. They work and feel just like the bare screen. you don’t even know it’s there once applied. They’re tempered glass. not plastic – that’s the key. Plastic will protect against scratches but not against the screen cracking. They come in a 2-pack so if one does crack. you still have a spare. The pack also has everything you need to apply it easy. just follow the directions. I’ll continue to use a JETech protector on all my electronics.
