These pruning shears do the job. Came with an extra spring as well in the packaging just in case the other one wears out. I don’t cut anything really thick. just leaves. small twigs and such. it works quite well for that.

Excellent. lightweight. sharp. I have small hands and these secateurs are a perfect size and weight for winter pruning. starting with shrub roses. Feel sure they will come into their own in summer.

They’re not bad for the price. Just not as sturdy as I would have hoped.

My second pair in several years. but that’s understandable as they do see a lot of use. First ones still work ok. but are now just a little blunt. so I treated myself to a new pair for my new rose garden. until I find a way to sharpen the older ones. Until then. I’ll just pass them to my husband. as his pair :).I’ve used quite a few pruning shears in my time and these are very good. firm in the hand and durable and can cut a decent sized shrub back to size in no time.

I was finding it difficult to cut some plants so decided to but some secateurs. I tied this model as it was a decent size. I was most impressed with the style and performance. Perfect fot those slightly stronger stems.
