      First impression is they are good value for money. Peform well for a relatively cheap pair. The spare spring is a definite bonus. They are very lightweight as others have mentioned although it does not affect their performance.

      I’ve had many pruning shears over the years and these are by far and away my favourite. They are really comfortable to hold. with great ergonomics. Action is smooth and they feel nice and strong. They also don’t feel like they’re going to fall to bits like cheaper ones. although they do come with an extra spring which is a nice bonus.

      These are lovely to use. The cutters are shaped in such a way that they get to exactly the right place around stems especially those that are tight together. They are also sharp at present. Very nice.
