This is a good product for a moderate privacy protection from peeping eyes over your shoulders. However it is quite fragile compared to some others. But it does protect the screen.

This screen protector does as promised and reduces visibility significantly at angles of approximately 45 degrees off to the side of your device. For example if someone is standing on your left or your right and looks over at your phone. it will look dark to them thanks to the polarization of the light..However one thing missing is light filtering along the long axis of your phone. For example if someone is standing directly in front of you and glances at your phone while you are holding it in your hand. it will be visible even at extreme angles. A security camera placed above you will most likely still pick up the image on your phone..Additionally the screen introduces slight pixelation to your display. This is to be expected with the way the screen filters light. but it is somewhat distracting when looking closely at images on Instagram.

Using this for 2 years now and it doesn’t have any problem. there is no problem with the brightness I use it on the half and see easily and only see directly. it is very good as other people cant see your phone and what you are doing. especially opening some text messages in public
