I have a old tablet that I have not used in years and needed some data from it. this meant I needed a micro USB to USB lead. These were the cheapest I could find at the time and I got 3! They worked perfectly and I was able to get what I needed 🙂

Bought these to allow viewing documents on my tablet from a memory stick. They work fine and have allowed me to transfer from my tablet onto the memory stick.

I have an ongoing problem where I have to transfer files between my phone. tablet and TV with other people. And some of these files are too big to share with slow Bluetooth each time..This little adapter lets me transfer files off a flashdrive to a micro-usb port device at much faster pace than Bluetooth or wireless file sharing through the router. Once it’s plugged in. go to your storage and you’ll see a new drive added. that’s your USB drive connected and ready to move or copy files between devices..My elderly mother is one person who likes me to install movies to her tablet but the old method of trying to wirelessly transfer them was inefficient and slow. This clever cable lets you use a USB port as a USB host. Bear in mind. it will only work if the device you are using has this capability and most devices do not. This will work with Arduino Due. etc for enabling a USB keyboard in your project.

These work great for connecting a usb drive to my phone. I am able to back my picture and video onto the usb stick. This way it gives my phone more memory. It better than using a cloud service.
