      Item as described and works great to connect my Surface Pro 3 using standing clamp dock with my 40 Samsung 4K display. Highly recommend great way to easily connect and external monitor and gain screen real estate. This would probably work directly off of the Surface Pro 3 also but I use a dock.

      Great product was able to stream video from my 2013 Macbook Air directly no need for any other adapter. Would have spent almost $40 for a similar cable or adapter and cable from Target – this saved me over $30!

      Just got it plugged in and running. No obvious problems. The miniDP side is a normal plug the HDMI side is larger than just a plug (because it is an adapter). Thus the HDMI part sticks out farther than just a plug would so it wouldn’t sit flush against a wall.
