      I purchased this adapter for a Surface Pro 5. Plug and play – no issues. The HDMI side of the adapter does get warm during use. The cables slip into their slots with a satisfying “click”. Can”t say much else. You”ll want it to get a second monitor up and running. If you need more consider getting a DisplayLink or Surface dock.
