      I was looking for a product I could use while working out to wrap around my stomach and my starting to form love handles. I wear it almost every time I go workout and that is between 3 and 4 times per week. It feels like some inches have melted away simply because I notice a difference in the waist when I wear slacks. I should have measured my waist prior to and then I would know for sure. The waist trimmer is adjustable and the Velcro works great. I’m actually glad that I purchased it; and I’m making good use of it.
