Purchased to use in double-bowl stainless steel kitchen sink. Want as little stuff going down the drains as possible. These are satisfactory so far. Nice looking fit just right and easy to wipe out into trash bag. Can’t speak to durability since I’ve only been using about 10 days. Am pleased with purchase and would recommend.

Got these strainers to replace the one made of metal mesh. This item is much easier to clean. It is made out of heavy gauge stainless steel on both the rim and the perforated portion.

Okay I love these. Before I bought these I tried the mesh screens to keep debris from going down my drains. They either didn’t fit well and let food slip under or around them or they were too deep to seat well. And the screens rusted. I’ve been using these for about a month and they catch more of the debris that clogged my pipes. And these clean up nicely with just a wipe of a paper towel. They fit well and look nice.

Catches food particles and allows water to pass through until it is full. I purchased these even though I have a garbage disposal. I no longer worry about my utensils accidentally slipping into the garbage disposal. Beautiful shiny chrome. Basket area does not bend very sturdy.
