   The strainers that came with the double sinks looked kind of nasty. so I ordered these and am very pleased with how they look and like the shape. which is round rather than narrow. like the original ones. They fit very well. which makes them a little tricky to remove at times. but that is a very minor problem. I like that they come in threes. so I will have a spare if I should need one (or may give the extra to my daughter-in-law).

    If you absolutely hate cleaning the strainer. Does the banging not get the gunk out from behind the “handle”? This is a solution to a bit of frustration. No stem to stop the gunk. one bang and done. Well. mostly. Anyhow. I pop the emptied one into the dishwasher. and put a super clean one back in the sink and smile. Job done.

    These are Strong & Fit so well inside my kitchen drain that food particles will not find their way under the sides of the drain. Easy to remove and turn over and dump contents into the Garage can. I will buy again.

    This is just my initial take – will see if really stainless steel and after a few days a catching sink gunk. Fits my sink just fine and could not beat the the price for 3 – two for the double since and 1 can rotate in when it is time for the dishwasher . – will update as time goes by
