The thickness of the back is perfect. Without the case the phone wobbles when you put it down due to the camera lens sticking out. The case makes the phone lay perfectly flat. Also the grip is nice. it makes the phone more gripable.

The case has a weird powdery feeling so feels a bit slippery when holding with the phone inside. I ordered seafoam but its bright blue- thought it was going to be more of a green/mint shade like the picture

I have this for the iphone XR – a work-provided phone so I wanted a case to protect it without a lofty price tag. This unit comes nicely packaged and is constructed from a sturdy silicone-type material – very nice to the touch. and with cut outs for the camera. mute. speaker/mic and lightning port. The phone snaps in reassuringly and all seems to be well. My only gripe with this case is that where they have made the overlay buttons for the volume and sleep/wake button. and where the cut outs are at the base for the jack and speakers. the silicone is very flimsy and can be pushed back to reveals the phone’s metal casing with almost no pressure. I am therefore a little concerned at how good this would be in a drop test. or when in a tight pocket. I am not sure what they have done as the rest of the case is snug-fitting and wont budge. I just feel that this would offer reduced protection for the three areas listed should the case be knocked. Aside from that. does what it says for not a lot of cash…….

The case is mostly hard except where there are buttons or ports. which is wonderful. I have a different case that is hard all over and some parts near the button and ports have broken off. Overall. the case is sturdy and not slippery. The texture is nice and the black color is sleek. Great case.
