      The main reason I got this case is the iPhone 8 is slippery way to slippery and it’s not even sweaty summer time yet. I was worried it would get away from me and be dropped before the first case showed up. This case solved the slippery issue plus the phone still looks great with clear back and black edge. To early to vote on scratch resistance and durability yet. If the case gets scratched it just means the phone didn’t! Simple as that.The case gives extra protection for front and back by providing a more pronounced front facing edge and rear facing edge on the side of the case which also makes the case thicker I’ll accept thicker for the extra protection it provides in a fall or getting banged around. My wireless chargers works fine with phone case on.
