      It is protective. The case comes apart in 2 pieces (I’m not sure if that is meant to be) the hard plastic outside part is honestly kinda thin. And the pink is much more hot pink than I imagined.

      This is a nice looking case. however I wish the textured section went all down the side instead of only on the top part. I normally hold my phone by the lower part.

      This case is product tested. Apparently I am very clumsy and have dropped my phone 4 times in the last 2 weeks..I like the hard case and raised edges give it an extra layer of protection.
