This is perfect for my needs primarily for viewing TV / zoom type calls etc..The tablet rests in the stand .. it is NOT fixed as such so lots of typing would not be practical..It is robust. lightweight and can be set at various viewing angles. It can be closed up so it’s practically flat..With the build quality I would anticipate a long life..Very happy to recommend..
