      This is a really useful piece of kit for watching tv on iPad. reading at the table. FaceTime/skype. You can put it at any angle and it stays there and also fold flat when not in use. Whats not to like

      I previously had a bigger tripod-style holder that just tipped over the moment I tried to rest an iPad in it so I bought this based on earlier reviews that said it’s small but effective and that’s exactly what it is! It easily holds all my devices in either portrait or landscape mode and that’s with them all having cases that make them thicker; it would obviously let them slot in easier without cases but. as it is. I just ensure that the base of the device slides firmly into the rubber-lined slot-style base. The rear of the devices rest against the stand itself which is easily adjustable to allow for different angles and. again. has rubber bumpers to prevent any scratches. I could go on but it’s a simple enough little holder that does its job very well without EVER tipping over or letting the device fall out – it is now a permanent fixture on my coffee table and I always have something plonked in it to either use in situ or grab & go.
